Other: Sync Frequency option

I have a request to sync 2 times, daily, 

but for specific time like 4 am 12 pm, 

but in Five Tran , it only allow us to set time , when select "daily " option, 

so it would be nice to have at least to select start time , when select other frequency ( like 8 hours , 12 hours )  so we could calculate and know when the second sync start.
