New Connector: Zendesk Copilot
AnsweredAgent copilot is a suite of AI-powered features by Zendesk focused on making agents more productive while still allowing them to provide a high level of customer service.
At this time, Zendesk only has usage data available in Zendesk Explore but we would like to centralize all usage in our internal reporting platform.

Hi Joyce,
For SaaS applications such as Zendesk Copilot, you have the option to submit a request for a Lite connector through Fivetran's By Request program. You can access the request form here. This program enables collaboration with our team as the connector is built and validated, providing you with early access to your data during the development process.
If you need immediate access or require a custom integration, you can also use the Connector SDK to develop your own solution.
