Connector Improvement: Zoom Contact Center engagement endpoint
Not plannedWe currently setup Zoom Contact Center to our existing Zoom Fivetran connector. It is working for other endpoints and not working for engagement endpoint. Our Zoom Contact Center is currently using the "V2 Reporting" and have access to Contact Center “CX Analytics” endpoints

However, FIvetran's Zoom connector is using the direct endpoints to pull the Engagement and other Contact Center data.

The current zoom connector is unable to pull the "Engagements" data because the user doesn't have the appropriate permissions to access this endpoint, whereas have access to the "V2 Reporting", which Fivetran connector is currently doesn't support.
Requesting feature request to include all V2 endpoints.

Hi Bibhuti,
Thank you for raising this improvement request and for providing the necessary details.
As you mentioned, for now you can allow the authenticated user to access the Engagements data so that the Fivetran connector can sync successfully.
In the meantime, we’ve added this request to our backlog and will prioritize it based on customer demand. We’ll update you here once we pick it up.
