Connector Improvement: SharePoint Connector Using Merge Mode

Hi,

I was attempting to merge ~17 files together using the SharePoint Connector in Merge Mode. It seems this is not possible unless all files have the same sheet and column names. Is there any way to improve Merge Mode by adding all columns from each file to a single table and if there is no data in the column it would come back as NULL or empty?

I have another SharePoint connector setup using Magic Folder and it works fine, just more work on the Snowflake side since it doesn't allow any editing in the Fivetran Schema tab. Please let me know if you need more information.

    Hi Kelly,

    Thank you for raising this request. The ability to specify a separate cell reference for each table in Merge Mode is currently in development. While we don't have an exact release date, we will keep this thread updated with any progress regarding this feature.

    Hi Kelly, thank you for your patience. You should now be able to specify separate cell references per table in Merge Mode. Note that this is available for new connections and being rolled out for current connections.
