Connector Improvement: Need more control on the re-sync frequencies for re-import tables
AnsweredHello Team,
We have been noticing that not having ability to control the re-syncs frequency on the re-import tables have actually been creating lot of delays. We would like to have a feature to control full re-syncs individually on each table based on the size so that rest of the production is not impacted.
Thank you!

Hi Arshad,
Thank you for feedback! To better understand how this feature could address your needs, could you elaborate on the specific problems you’re encountering, and for what connector type? Are there particular tables or workloads where delays are most impactful, or do you have certain frequency requirements in mind for different table sizes? Any additional details on your use case and requirements would be helpful for our assessment.
Thanks,

Hello Amy,
Thank you for reaching out for additional details. This request pertains to the NetSuite2 connector. We have several full-import tables, such as TrackingNumber, TrackingNumberMap, Note, ItemPrice, and others, that are important for our organization but do not contain a direct incremental key. As a result, these tables require full re-syncs, which are causing significant delays in our overall sync process. This is not ideal for our production workloads.
Per Fivetran’s policy, these tables are synced either at every run or on a weekly basis, depending on their processing time. While the default sync frequency is understandable, we would like the ability to configure custom sync frequencies for full-import tables at the table level. This would help ensure that our production data remains timely and is not impacted by unnecessary delays.
Kindly let me know if you need any other information.
Thank you,Arshad
