Connector Improvement: Add custom status values to the data returned by the Front connector
PlannedTickets (conversation) in Front have standard status categories of "Open", "Waiting" and "Resolved". It is possible within the UI to set and apply custom status values to tickets which are subsets of the three standard values, however the Front API only returns the standard status value in the response to the get or list conversation endpoints, in a field named status_category. The Front API does also return a field named "status_id", which can be used alongside the list company ticket statuses endpoint to look up the custom status value.
Being able to surface the custom status values from the data returned by Fivetran is a key business requirement for my use case.
