Connector Improvement: AppLovin: Allow verifying connected account

When I connect an AppLovin account I would like to be able to confirm in the ingested data that I have connected the AppLovin account that I intended to. If Fivetran included metadata about the account such as the account name or account number then I could confirm I had properly configured the connection. This is analogous to tables that Fivetran does include for other connectors such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

We’ve reviewed the AppLovin API and, at this time, there isn’t an available endpoint that allows us to retrieve the requested data, such as account name or account number.
For platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, this information is accessible via their APIs. However, AppLovin does not currently expose similar endpoints. If AppLovin introduces an API that provides account name or account number details in the future, we’d be happy to reassess and plan support for this request.
Until then, we won’t be able to move forward with this enhancement.
