This feature is not currently on our roadmap. For now, for more specific sync schedules, we recommend using our REST API.

We rely on feedback and upvotes to assess demand for new features. Every upvote on this request increases the case for us to consider building it in the future.

To better understand your needs, could you provide more details about your use case for a 4-hour sync interval and how it would impact your workflows?
