Connector Improvement: Configurable Rate Limit for Medallia Agile Research Connector

Hi Fivetran Team,

I’d like to request an improvement to the Medallia Agile Research connector regarding its current rate-limit behavior.

At the moment, the connector defaults to 9,800 calls, while Medallia’s actual limit is 10,000. In practice, when a failure occurs, this default setting causes additional issues for us because we have other downstream systems depending on this API.

To address this, it would be very helpful if the connector allowed a configurable rate limit. For example, if I want my connector’s maximum number of calls to be 8,000, I could set and adjust this value as a custom option rather than relying on the fixed default.

This flexibility would reduce failures in scenarios like ours and provide better control for teams with complex downstream dependencies.
