Hi Vignesh,
Here's the link to the API. I'm currently working on modeling out data for Zendesk and have a temporary workaround in place to identify what tickets have been handled by AI agent. Ideally, I'd love to just have a simple table I can join to that shows what tickets were solved by the AI agent directly.
