Connector Improvement: CockroachDB [Source] to Snowflake [Destination] Array Support
CompletedHi team,
We're in the process of deciding which ETL provider to use and Fivetran is great for us save for this one last thing we need for it to be perfect. We need to be able to sync array data types from CockroachDB, which is our primary database, to Snowflake, our warehouse destination.
I think this is definitely feasible, as Cockroach is mostly Postgres-compliant - we have several arrays defined as TEXT[] that we need to be able to sync. Having them as a VARIANT in snowflake is fine, we just need the data to be synced.
Would love to chat about this if necessary, but this is the only blocker for my team.
