Connector Improvement: Sync Failed Transactions from PayPal

The PayPal connector currently syncs only successful transactions. Other status types are not included in the sync at this time. Please update the PayPal connector to sync unsuccessful transactions as well as successful transactions. This will allow us to better understand the health of our subscriptions. (For example, we will then be able to query for subscriptions which have a certain number of recently failed transactions.) Thank you!

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for raising the request to fetch unsuccessful PayPal transactions.

    We’ll revisit this, as we previously encountered some data integrity issues when syncing with balance_affecting_records_only = N  which includes failed transactions and had to make adjustments.     I’ll prioritize this and share an update once we pick it up to see if we can fetch unsuccessful transaction without any issues.
