Connector Improvement: Upgrade Affinity Connector to new v2 API

Affinity upgraded their API. Can we please upgrade the fivetran connector to use the new API? Thanks!

    Upvoted! We've had significant challenges because the current Fivetran Affinity connector uses an extremely inefficient and incorrect access pattern to the V1 API that results in long historical syncs and data integrity issues. The V2 API was specifically created to dramatically simplify ETL by giving paginated list access to their important entities. Please look into this!
