Connector Improvement: Confluence Database support in Confluence connector
Not plannedConfluence introduced inline databases in 2024. They allow storing entries in spaces in a tabular structures that can reference tables. We would like to ingest these.

I completely agree with Lars's suggestion. Databases are one of Confluence's most useful features, and also one which is closely aligned with the role of FiveTran (ie moving structured data).

Hi Martyn and Lars,
The Confluence Database API seems to be currently in BETA and only supports metadata operations (create/get/delete database objects). Critical functionality for accessing database entries/rows, schema/columns, and database-to-database references is not yet available in the API, making full implementation impossible at this time.
We will consider this request once we have a REST API support for Confluence databases. -
Hi,
The available APIs only support meta data extract from Confluence. There are no APIs to extract the data from the system. Hence, we are closing this request. Once confluence make APIs available we will add basis the interest.
