Connector Improvement: Scheduling connector sync at specific day/s and/or time/s

Currently we can't specify any start time for any connector.
With Rest API, we can specify sync time only if the sync frequency is daily. But if we want to sync a connector multiple times a day at specific times then there is no option.

Could you describe what problem you're trying to solve with multiple specific sync times per day? I'm curious what use cases our current scheduling options are missing.
