Set delay time in Delay Notification section
Not plannedWe would like to modify the value of 4 hours to a different value to customize the alerts we receive from a connector
The use case is the following: We sync data every 4 hours and the connector is failing intermittently. We would like to get a notification only if the period without data is > 24 hours.

Hi everyone, we have something in Private Preview to enable this now – both shorter or longer tolerance for delays.
Please comment here if you want to be added!

Thanks for bringing this up. While we don't have this featured planned, it is something we're looking into. I'll keep this request up to date with any progress.

Data Bot - I do want to call out that you can leverage our Fivetran log connector (or if you're on an Enterprise plan our external logging service integrations) to set up custom delay reporting directly from our logs.

Just had a chat with Hannah and Mead.... Nutrisystem also need this feature to be "User Configurable".

Prashant - Please go ahead and upvote the request as we use the number of up-votes to understand which requests are common among users. Is your use-case similar where you want the the ability to increase the timeframe until we notify?

We need this to be configurable as well, but in the other direction -- we have connectors that run every 5 minutes and need to be notified if they are delayed by even a few minutes. A notification after four hours of delay is completely useless for us.

Agree, 4 hours puts us too far behind before we begin getting notifications. It would be nice if this were customizable within reason.

agree.
great feature to have
