    Hi Justin, Sam from the Product Team here - thanks for submitting this request! We don't have this planned at this time. We do currently support Freshdesk and we are internally evaluating Freshservice as we are getting more requests for the Freshworks suite of products as a whole. In the meantime, we will continue to collect customer demand to justify the commitment to support & maintain a high-quality Fivetran connector. Every upvote on this request increases the case to build it.

    Thanks for the feedback Sam. My devs tell me FreshDesk and FreshService use the same API. It is just the website that changes, ...freshdesk.com vs ...freshservice.com, so it should be easy and quick to implement the FreshService connector if you already have the FreshDesk connector.
