Connector Improvement: Add Multi-Asset Responsive Display table to Google Ads Account

Currently, the Google Ads Account will allow you to retrieve Images for Google Display ads, but not for Multi-Asset Responsive Display ads. As more of our clients move toward multi-asset responsive display ads, it would be beneficial for us to reference these images in our dashboards & reporting, and would therefore need the URLs of the images in the ads.

This quarter we are working on support for the new Google Ads API. As part of this work, we will be looking to ad support for Responsive Ads.
