File Upload Size Limit Increase

Currently Fivetran has a 2GB file size limit on Uploads. Would you please consider increasing that file size limit? Occasionally we have files that are around 5GB to upload. With this limitation, we need to look for other solutions instead of sticking with Fivetran. Hence, please consider improving this feature.

    Hi Edmond,

    Thanks for your question! While we currently do not have plans to make enhancements to the file uploader, we have been making continued improvements on our file connectors.

    We offer Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box connectors that will allow you to connect to a folder in these tools and upload files directly to your destinations.

    Would one of these connectors possibly work for your use case? Please let me know!

    If I upload the file to Box first and then have Fivetran import the file from Box, does that mean Fivetran will be able to import the file that is larger than 2GB?
