channel_c, recurring_status_c, subscription_donation_number_c, sub_created_date, qpq_donation_c, primary_campaign_source_c

Hi Kristen - those are all custom formula fields. You can request Support to enable them for your account. Please be aware that there are persistent data integrity issues with them that we've documented here: https://fivetran.com/docs/applications/salesforce#formulafields
