Connector : Rollbar
Not plannedRollbar (https://rollbar.com/) is a bug tracker similar to sentry that can collect bug occurences from multiple sources (frontend/backend/microservices)
For instance, given a specific user of my app that encounters a bug, if this user reports the bug in a ticket/messaging app (like Intercom which is already supported), then if all those data are aggregated in my data warehouse :
- User info from the transactional DB
- Intercom message from the user
- Rollbar bug occurence(s)
- Github issues linked to rollbar items
Then it could become very easy to provide
- automation regarding debugging (when a user submits a bug report, we can automatically lookup existing bug occurences that may be related)
- user feedback (when a bug is fixed we can easily look for the related bug occurences, find the users, their opened messages, and reply automatically)
- data analysis of what types of users experience which bug, which could help, and pave the way so we can provide interesting KPIs like reported bugs per user type, etc

Hi Cyril, Sam from the Product Team here - thanks for submitting this request! I must say this might be one of the most detailed requests that I have seen! Unfortunately, we don't have this planned at this time. We will continue to collect customer demand to justify the commitment to support & maintain a high-quality Fivetran connector. Every upvote on this request increases the case to build it.
