Connector Improvement: Sage Intacct GLBUDGETITEM Table

Our finance team is requesting the new version of the Intacct GLBUDGET table, GLBUDGETITEM. This new table provides the additional, helpful fields -- `when_created` and `when_modified` -- which will give them a more historical and overarching view of this data.

Rachel Bryant thanks for submitting this request! I think this could be a really useful improvement. Can you tell me what analytical questions you are trying to answer that you can't with the current data? Do you have a workaround for these use cases right now?
