Average MAR before connecting (Powered by FiveTran)
AnsweredOur customers do not currently know how much we'll charge them because we don't know how much MAR will be incurred after they connect their accounts to FiveTran. Not knowing how much a service will cost makes for a tough selling strategy.
Ideally, FiveTran would obtain meta data (i.e. average MAR for the last year) for each account selected while the customer is connecting accounts. This would give them some expectation for how much we'll charge. They might even decide to connect different accounts to reduce their price.
After a customer has connected their account, we should be notified of how much MAR we should expect and adjust our pricing model accordingly in the API response.
Cost transparency for the customer and for our team would make for a much better relationship / buying experience.
