    Hi Harshit,

    Thanks for writing in. It's exciting that you'll soon be able to explore all of that chat data in your warehouse! Technically, our support team will be able to help you set up the connector to sync data from a specified starting point. That said, I'd encourage you to try out the connector without any custom configuration.

    Here's why:

    • With the new connector 14 day trial, there's no cost to the initial load of historical data
    • With our Monthly-Active-Row based pricing system, your costs are dependent on your volume going forward, not your volume looking back
    • The connector setup is pretty quick to set up even with large volumes!
    • Limiting the data may only save a couple gigabytes of storage space in your warehouse; I'd expect the value of historical and trend analysis to be much greater than that!
