Connector Improvement: Connector Improvement: ADP Integration and additional termination-related field
AnsweredAdditional field name in ADP: voluntaryIndicator
I've been working Hassan on the support team and he has informed me that a field contained in ADP is not currently surfaced for the connector. Unfortunately, in order to accurately report on whether or not a terminated employee was voluntary or not, we need this field to be able to send to us.
As a side note, all of the other field in the work_history_assignment table weren't always of use and I have confirmed internally that this is the one field that should be referenced

Hi Nils,
Thanks for submitting this request, it has been added to our feature improvements backlog. Updates regarding progress or planning will be posted in this community thread.
Could you share more about your use case and the challenges you face without this field?
Thanks,

Hi Shivaprasad,
I think ideally we would be using the ASSIGNMENT_STATUS_REASON_SHORT_NAME and ASSIGNMENT_STATUS_REASON_LONG_NAME fields (or whatever the naming variations on the WORK_ASSIGNMENT_HISTORY table are), but I think we've been using those fields to explain different subreasons for reasons for termination, like relocation or performance-related statuses. Unfortunately, the values that our HR team is inputting don't necessarily correlate to whether or not the official reason for termination was voluntary / involuntary. They use the "voluntaryIndicator" field for that. We're far too engrained in this method to switch over entirely to actually inputting voluntary / involuntary in a different, already-exposed field, so without this new field added, there will be no way to report to leadership internally
