Dashboard Improvement: Add option to add a note to pause events

In a team environment, adding a note to state the reason a connector or transformation job is paused would be very useful.

Additionally, adding an expiration date to the the note that would trigger an alert/reminder would add additional value.

    This feature—adding the option to include notes and expiration alerts for pause events—is not currently on our roadmap. We assess demand for new features based on user feedback and upvotes, and each upvote on this request increases the case for development.
