Can a 14 day lookback window be added to the Gladly connector?

Currently, Gladly anchors their reports to certain timestamp fields. So depending on when Fivetran is set to extract, there are gaps where data is missing due to their timestamp anchors.

ex: Gladly event happens at 5pm, and Fivetran is set to extract at 7pm. All Events between 5-7pm aren't included in the extraction.

    Hi Timothy, can you file this as a support ticket? Fivetran aims replicate the data from your source to destination without losing any records so this should be something that our investigates and addresses
