Some source columns missing in 'prod' & 'qa' destination even though they exists in sys_dictionary table in ServiceNow (FYI, these fields do not contain any values yet)

Use Case: 
We are building curated views and as per the current design, we cannot rely on waiting for data to be manually entered into newly introduced fields. Including such fields in the views should not be dependent on immediate data availability, as we anticipate that relevant data will be populated in the future.
