Connector Improvement: Improve ability yo track and alert when jobs are stalled in HVR 6.

Raytheon is looking for a way to automate restarting or activating HVR jobs when they appear stalled. They have had several scenarios where it appeared their integrate jobs were stalled, but status remained at "RUNNING". After activating, the job restarted processing. Configuring SLA's is not enough in this case. They would like a way to monitor and alert based on a job "log-write" time instead of router(integrate) activity. It seems this was available in HVR 5 HVRMAINT.

    If we had an integrate idle alert similar to how we have an alert on lack of capture activity (https://fivetran.com/docs/hvr6/property-reference/alert-properties#maxchannelidleminutes), would that satisfy the need?

    We are planning to add this for automating restarting or activating HVR when they appear to be in a stalled state.

    Restarting or reactivating the stalled job: GREAT!
    Notification or alerting for a stalled job: GOOD.

    Don't let great be the enemy of good. We'll settle for detection of stalled jobs even as we hold out hope for a feature that automatically restarts them.
