Connector Improvement: Nice LITE Connector- Interaction Analytics Improvements

Hello Fivetran Team,

We are writing to request an enhancement for the Interaction Analytics connector, which we are currently testing via a feature flag.

We've found it very useful, but to meet our needs, we require two additions:

  1. Add Support for Transcript Endpoint: We noticed the connector currently pulls from the /interaction-analytics-gateway/v2/segments/analyzed endpoint. We also rely on the /interaction-analytics-gateway/v2/segments/{segmentId}/analyzed-transcript endpoint. Could support for this transcript endpoint be added?
  2. Add Missing Field: From the data synced by the existing /analyzed endpoint, we noticed the nonHoldNotableSilencePercentage field is missing. Would it be possible to include this field in the connector's schema?

    This is a valuable idea. Enhancing the Interaction Analytics connector with additional data support would help improve analysis and insight capabilities. I’ve added your request to our feature improvements backlog.

    To better understand your needs, could you share more details about how you plan to use the transcript data from the /segments/{segmentId}/analyzed-transcript endpoint and the nonHoldNotableSilencePercentage field in your analysis? In particular, we’d love to understand how this data differs from what’s already available through the /segments/analyzed endpoint, and what specific metrics, workflows, or dashboards would benefit from it.

    We’ll ensure that this thread is kept updated with any progress on this enhancement.
