Connector Improvement: Historic Dutchie Data

We would like to request access to the complete historical transaction dataset within the Dutchie connector. Having full historical data would allow us to analyze long-term sales trends, compare past and current market performance, and improve the accuracy of our forecasting models. This additional historical context would greatly enhance our BI reporting and support more data-driven business decisions across our organization.
