We’re currently using the Fivetran Zoom connector to bring meeting and webinar data into our Lakehouse. However, the connector doesn’t include Zoom Workspace or Visitor Management data, which has become critical now that our organization is using Zoom Workplace to manage desks, rooms, and visitor check-ins.

Use Case:
Our Workplace/Facilities team relies on this data to track:

• Desk and room reservations (start/end times, users, check-ins, cancellations)

• Visitor invitations, check-ins, and host details

• Location- and floor-level utilization metrics

Having this data available in Fivetran would enable automated ingestion into our data warehouse without relying on manual exports or custom API scripts.
