Connector Improvement: Healthie Availability endpoint

Fivetran currently implements a sync of Healthie's Appointments endpoint as part of the connector, but the related Availability endpoint is not synced. In order to support the use of data synced via Fivetran to support scheduling, it is necessary to complement the existing Appointments data with Availability data.
