Connector Improvement: Data Discrepancy Report: Fivetran-Synced SAP Concur Itemization Table

Dear Product Team,

Couple of weeks ago we raised the support ticket [Fivetran Support] # 308451, Fivetran expert recommended us to raise a feature request as there is as Fivetran's allocation table lacks an expense_entry_id field to establish this direct relationship. The join fails because the allocation's itemization_id contains the expense_entry_id value (they're the same for regular itemizations), but that ID doesn't exist as a record in the itemization table.

Kindly go through the support ticket, as recommended provide it as product improvement feature so that we can I have complete inforation to meet the business requirement.

    Hi Chandrakant,

    The addition of the expense_entry_id field to the SAP Concur allocation table is currently in private preview. We're actively validating this solution and will provide updates here once it's ready for roll out. The mapping challenges you highlighted, specifically establishing clear relationships between expense entries and itemizations, are being considered as part of this process.

    Release updates will be communicated through this portal.

    I’m following up on the feature request we raised three months ago. This update is critical for resolving our current data relationship issues, which are currently a bottleneck for our business reporting.

    Hello Frank,

    Its been a while that we raised this feature request, our business is missing GL link mapping with Concur expenses, this is leading to a business time consumption in analysing the Concur reports and manual assignment of GL accounts. Could you please expedite this to get benefits of Fivetran usage on this solution.
