Other: Specify or change where the diff files get stored

Currently the diff files are stored in a directory inside the HVR_CONFIG location, specifically under the outgoing directory for each channel/location combination. The idea is to have the ability to change or set a different destination.

    Thanks for your request regarding the change to the diff file location. We’ll review this internally to determine whether it’s something we want to add to the HVR hub configuration.

    Please note that the location is specific to a secure are where we know HVR can write data.

    Can you use a soft link as an alternative to creating the files elsewhere?
