    Thank you for submitting this feature request. Adding support for the Get_Probation_Period_Outcomes SOAP API endpoint to our Workday HCM connector is a valuable idea, and I have added this to our feature improvements backlog.

    To help us prioritize and design this improvement, could you share more about your use case? Specifically, what problem are you trying to solve by accessing this data, and how would you use the data to benefit your organization?

    We want to analyse the employee's probation outcome and any action recorded from the probation review. 

    This will help us build metrics related to performance and retention of our early talent.

    From the API docs you listed, it's not clear how we would link the probation_period_outcomes endpoint to the employee_probation_period_detail table as the fields in the API don't seem to be of the same type. Can you clarify how you were thinking it would be linked?

    We also found this endpoint which seems more connected to the worker table. If you could help describe what specific fields or information you are looking for that would help us understand how best to implement your request.

    Thank you for your patience on this request. We understand that Canva has decided to proceed with the Workday Custom Report (RaaS) path for this use case, as the survey data tied to the Probation Outcome Review Business Process is not accessible through the Workday SOAP API.
