Connector Improvement: FTP Connector handle xls/xlsx/xlsm formats

Is it possible to add to the FTP connector to handle xls/xlsx/xlsm formats?  Something that the SFTP connector already does.

    Hi Anthony,

    Thank you for this suggestion. The request to extend the FTP connector to support xls/xlsx/xlsm formats, similar to the SFTP connector, has been added to our feature improvements backlog.

    I am interested to learn more about your use case. What are the cases where you need to use an FTP server for the file transfer? Any details on your workflow or the nature of the data involved would help us better define requirements.

    Updates regarding this enhancement will be shared on this thread as progress is made.
