    This is valuable feedback. Adding support to retrieve values from custom fields in Freshchat conversation properties would certainly expand the connector’s analytical capabilities.

    Hi Sisan,

    We recently added a custom conversation property called 'Transferred by chatbot'.This is visible in conversation_property table but we also want to extract the actual data from this field for all conversations.
