Connector Improvement: HiBob - Custom Fields

We've got a number of crucial employee data points stored as custom fields in HiBob and need them to sync to our Postgres database through Fivetran. Your support told me that lots of these (including slackUsername) had been removed in 2024, is there any possibility that they can be added back in?

    Hi Josh,
    Thanks for bringing this up. While we check these, one of our old threads show that custom fields are sometimes not sent or comes as null if the columns in HiBob has been archived. 
    Are you able to check if the API response is actually sending the data - since we completely rely on the APIs for the custom fields.

    Hey Unnikrishnan,

    None of the fields we want to pull are archived, and we're able to pull them all through Make.com for our automations, which suggests they're linking fine through the standard API calls.
