Connector Improvement: MultiSubnetFailover support

We are using multi-subnet clustering for our SQL Server deployment and failover fails due to a limitation in connector setup.

When MultiSubnetFailover=true flag  is enabled for a connection using SSH tunel, there is a limitation registering all IP. The only option available at this time in the connector is RegisterAllProvidersIP=1. This prevents the connector from detecting all ip’s available and failover to fail. To correct the issue, an new option to set RegisterAllProvidersIP=0  is needed.

    To help us investigate further, could you confirm whether you’re encountering an error when setting RegisterAllProvidersIP=0? If so, is this error occurring during the initial connection attempt, or after the connection has been established?

    This information will help us diagnose the issue more precisely.
