Connector Improvement: Option to sync only the Users table in Microsoft Entra ID connector

Summary:
The Microsoft Entra ID connector currently requires syncing multiple related child tables (e.g., license, user_assigned_plan, user_identity, etc.) when selecting the Users table. This causes large data volumes and longer sync times for use cases that only need core user information.

Request:
Add the ability to:

  1. Sync only the Users table without pulling related child tables.

  2. Optionally deselect or exclude specific related tables.

Benefit:
This would greatly reduce data volume, runtime, and cost for organizations that only need user-level metadata and not detailed license or plan information.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the inputs. We are in the process of rolling out the feature to enable deselection of tables across the board. We will keep you posted as the capability is rolled out to the Entra ID Connector.
