Connector Improvement: Feature Request: Add Work-Contracts to Lucca Lite Connector

Good evening,

at work we recently implemented the Lucca connector to synchronize key HR data.
The current setup successfully syncs the following tables: LEAVE, LEAVE_ACCOUNT, LEAVE_PERIOD, LEAVE_REQUEST, and USERS.

For our reporting and analytics needs, it would be extremely valuable to also import data related to the history of user contracts and their types, essentially the information returned by Lucca’s work-contracts API.

Could you please let us know:

  1. Whether it is possible to expand the Lucca Lite connector schema to include work-contracts data.
  2. If feasible, what the estimated timeline might be for such an enhancement.

This addition would be highly beneficial for customers integrating Lucca with their data warehouses, as the only current alternative is to develop and maintain a custom connector from scratch.

    To better understand your requirements, could you share more details about your use case? Specifically, what reporting or analytics challenges are you facing that would be resolved by including work-contracts data? Insights into your end goals will help us shape a more effective solution.

    Thank you very much for your prompt response.

    In our business case, the type of contract allows us to determine whether our users (specifically, a subset of agents) fall into particular brackets that define their eligibility for specific commission percentages.

    Having access to the history of potential contract changes for our users would enable us to cross-reference this information with our transactions database. This would allow us to accurately calculate past commissions for our agents and ensure a consistent and reliable approach.
