New Connector: Support Delete captures on every sync instead of weekly for coupa connector.

This FR  is opened on behlaf of QAD Customer.

The current implementation of the Coupa connector does not account for row deletions every sync; they are done on weekends. This omission is causing significant discrepancies in downstream financial reports, which rely on accurate and up-to-date Coupa data.

Since deleted records are not reflected in the daily sync, financial reports built on this data are misleading.

    Thanks for submitting this request. I understand your frustration with this and we will try to look into a solution to resolve this. Our main limitation is that to retrieve deletes we have to check every primary key for each of the tables. This operation is very time consuming on the source and will result in significantly reduced performance, but we will look into alternative approaches that make sense for this connector.
