Connector Improvement: Ingest Project Object from Vitally Connector

Currently the Vitally fivetran connector ingests several objects related to the Project endpoint, but not the project object itself. This renders the objects that we are ingesting unusable, as we're missing the core dimension underlying it (specifically project_template, project_category, and task_project need to be linked to the core Project table/object
