    Hi Ronnie, 

    Thanks for this suggestion. We typically do not produce ERDs for connectors where the schema can vary wildly from customer to customer to avoid confusion. We do have a high level ERD for ServiceNow that has some of the standard tables that are available. What kind of additional information would you like to see in our ERD that would help you?
