Connector Improvement: BIM 360 Field Lite - Table Additions

Looking to add support for several tables to the BIM 360 Field connector:
1. Relationships: https://aps.autodesk.com/en/docs/acc/v1/reference/http/relationship-service-v2-search-relationships-GET/
This is used to return the relationships between entities, for example the issues, rfis, and forms related to an asset
2. Locations: https://aps.autodesk.com/en/docs/acc/v1/reference/http/locations-nodes-GET/
This is used to return the name of a location id referenced in multiple tables as well as the parent id to create a location hierarchy
3. Companies: https://aps.autodesk.com/en/docs/acc/v1/reference/http/companies-GET/
Info related to a company id used in other tables
4. Users: https://aps.autodesk.com/en/docs/acc/v1/reference/http/users-GET/
Info related to a users id used in other tables
5. Cost Manager: https://aps.autodesk.com/en/docs/acc/v1/reference/http/cost-actions-GET/
