Connector Improvement: Custom Connectors as Templates in account

Instead of having to deploy custom connector packages for each destination. It would be nice to deploy it once and be able to "config" it in the Fivetran UI for any of an accounts destinations or even be able to config it programmatically through API.

    Thank you so much for sharing this feature request! We appreciate you taking the time to suggest the idea of having custom connectors as templates within your account—it's a valuable perspective as we continue to improve our platform.

    I've added your request to our feature improvements backlog. I would love to learn more about the connectors you would build this way and exactly why you would prefer to deploy many times from the dashboard rather than you CLI? Any additional details will help us better evaluate and prioritize this enhancement.

    I'll also note that you can configure connector SDK connections using our Fivetran REST API which should help with part of the request.

    We'll make sure to keep you and the community updated on this thread as we make progress.
