Connector Improvement: Support actual Stripe Invoice Item tax amounts

Stripe Invoice line items has a "tax" property that stores the actual tax charged for this specific line item. This value can exist outside of the "amount" value on the line item. Fivetran schema currently does not return the actual tax objects linked to the line items, only the rates and sometimes the rates are missing for the line items.

This is a valuable idea and we have added support for Stripe Invoice Item actual tax amounts to our feature improvements backlog. We plan to pick this soon for development.
