We need data on Worktag options in Workday, but Fivetran is pulling this from Get_Journals. This method has two critical limitations:
- It only pulls Worktag values that have been used on published transactions, meaning that if 100 values exist for the Worktag but only 10 have been used in transactions, we can't see the other 90
- It doesn't return critical data points for these Worktags, such as a readable label. I.e., when pulling Employee values, the employee's name is nowhere in the data - there's nothing readable that would be at all helpful to a user

The Get_References method in the Integrations domain (https://community.workday.com/sites/default/files/file-hosting/productionapi/Integrations/v44.1/Get_References.html) is perfect for this. It returns the option set for a Worktag along with all the data we need. We would love to have this added to the data Fivetran makes available, since the data we're getting isn't usable with such large gaps.
