Connector Improvement: Issue in Bigquery on the sync(#300175)

From the documentation:
"If you are trying to sync large, rapidly changing tables (>50,000 rows changed per sync) and fall back to a full table scan regularly, we may disable your high volume tables until the issue is resolved."
Can we enable a feature where it doesnt exclude the high volume tables as we have a requirement to load high change volume views?
